Website strategy

For Hamaspik of Kings County, we led a full-scale website revamp, beginning with a deep research and strategy phase. Our research revealed that with such a broad range of services, many clients didn’t realize what they might qualify for. One solution was to make the website itself part of the mission. Instead of simply saying “we help,” the site begins helping right away—with an interactive hero wizard that guides visitors to the services they’re eligible for.

Built for easy updates

Because Hamaspik’s services evolve frequently, the site was built with a flexible, admin-friendly structure. New services can be added seamlessly, eligibility information can be updated on the backend without touching the design, and the resources section ensures parents always have access to the most current information.

Crafted for connection

Our goal was to make the site the beginning of a journey, not just an informational depot. Each target audience has clear opportunities to join segmented email lists, reach out for specific services, and access support in the way that feels most comfortable. The messaging throughout is aligned with what parents need—gentle, confidential, and supportive—so visitors feel cared for from their very first interaction.

Results at a glance

Within the first year of launch, the site generated over 83,000 visits, with average time on site more than double the industry benchmark. Scroll-depth and engagement metrics showed that users were exploring deeply and staying connected throughout their journey. These results are powered not only by the strategy and build, but also by Hamaspik’s exceptional marketing team, who continually maintain the site and run ongoing campaigns to keep engagement strong.
